Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Paisley Farm Cowboy Caviar
  • 1 15 ounce can creamed corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup (1 stick) butter melted
  • 1 large egg slightly beaten
  • 1 8.5 ounce box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients until incorporated. Pour into the prepared baking dish and bake for 50-55 minutes until the top is golden brown.
