Broccoli Salad
Simple ingredients, big flavor! This broccoli salad is a perfect addition to a meal, or makes a perfect meal in itself!

- 5 cups chopped broccoli florets and stems
- 1/3 cup Craisins
- 1/2 cup sweet onion chopped
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup mayo I used fat free
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 Tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
For the dressing, whisk together: mayo, milk vinegar, sugar and salt.
In a bowl, toss together broccoil, Craisins, onion and sunflower seeds. Pour dressing over the top, and toss together again.
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving. I thought it was even better the next day!
