Instructions
For the burgers, Mix together ground beef, onion, 1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce, 1/2 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs, 1 teaspoon parsley, 2 Tablespoons bloody Mary mix, cayenne pepper and salt & pepper in a bowl. Form into 4 patties.
Prepare the mayo by mixing together the mayo, celery seed, garlic, cayenne pepper, 1/2 teaspoon parsley, 1 Tablespoon bloody Mary mix, 1 teaspoon vodka, 5 drops Worcestershire sauce and 3 drops Tabasco sauce with an emulsion blender until smooth. Place in the fridge until ready to use.
Set grill to 375 degrees F. Place patties on the grill and grill them for about 9 minutes. Flip them over and grill for another 8-9 minutes more, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
I like to butter the insides of my burger buns, and toast them in a skillet before serving. Feel free to skip this option if you desire.
Place the tomatoes on the bottom bun, top with a burger, then the aïoli. Serve.
Notes
If you want to make them look even more awesome, top with a skewer of things like olives, pickles, celery, bacon, pepperoni and cheese.
