Avocado Chicken Salad Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado diced
  • 1 chicken breast cooked and diced or shredded
  • ½ cup onion chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons cilantro chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 dashes of hot sauce

Instructions

  • Add of the ingredients to a large bowl.
  • Stir to combine.
  • Serve with crackers, pita, tortilla chips, toast, or in lettuce wraps.

Notes

If you have any avocado chicken dip left over, you can store it in an airtight container in your refrigerator for up to 2-3 days. Cover the surface of the dip with plastic wrap or parchment paper to help minimize avocado browning.
