1cupbrown sugar
1/2cupsugar
11Tablespoonsbuttersoftened
1teaspoonvanilla
2eggs
2 1/2cupsflour
1/2teaspoonbaking soda
1/2teaspoonsalt
4Hershey barsdivided
1heaping cup miniature marshmallows
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Place graham cracker squares on the baking sheet making sure they touch. Set pan aside.
With a mixer, cream together butter and two sugars until fluffy.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Sift in flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix in thoroughly.
Chop two of the Hershey bars roughly. Fold them and the marshmallows into the cookie dough.
Refrigerate dough for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 24 equal-sized dough balls and place them atop each of the cracker squares.
Bake for 7 minutes. Remove the pan and press in one Hershey's chocolate square into the top of each cookie. Continue baking for another 5 -8 minutes, or until cookies are baked and set.
Cool before cutting. I used a pizza cutter, that worked great!
