Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 cups cream
  • 2 Tablespoons vanilla bean paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 6 cups milk
  • 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Beat eggs until fluffy.
  • Add sugar a little at a time until combined.
  • Add in the rest of the ingredients, mix. Stir in ground cinnamon.
  • Pour into your ice cream maker, follow the instructions that came with it.
  • Blend until frozen.
  • Put in the freezer for a few hours to harden. I like to use loaf pans and cover them with foil.

Notes

If you want your ice cream a little "spicier" feel free to adjust the amount of cinnamon in the recipe. Begin by stirring in 1 teaspoonful at a time until your flavor is achieved. Do this before freezing.
