Ingredients
3piecesthick cut baconcooked and crumbled
124 ounce jar of Paisley Farm Dilled Brussels Sprouts, cut into quarters
3clovesgarlic
2green onionstops and bottoms divided, sliced
8ouncescream cheesesoftened
1/2cupmayonnaise
2cupsMozzarella cheeseshredded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Place bacon in a cast iron skillet, cook until done. Remove.
In bacon grease, saute Brussels sprouts, the bottom of the green onions and garlic until slightly browned. About 8 minutes.
Cream together cream cheese and mayo. Stir in bacon, Brussels sprouts, and mozzarella cheese.
Spread evenly into skillet and place in the oven.
Bake until bubbly. About 20 minutes. Garnish with the green onion tops.
