Five Bean Ground Beef & Noodle Skillet Casserole

A simple weeknight meal - Five Bean Ground Beef & Noodle Skillet Casserole.  Seasoned ground beef, tomatoes, egg noodles and Paisley Farm Five Bean Salad, tossed together for a one-pan meal the whole family can enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 Tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 24 ounce jar Paisley Farm Five Bean Salad, drained
  • 1 14.5 ounce can of diced tomatoes (with juice)
  • 1 12 ounce package egg noodles
  • 8 ounces shredded mild cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Bring a pot of water to boil, prepare noodles al dente.
  • While noodles are cooking, brown hamburger, onion, red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper.
  • When the meat is cooked, add in Five Bean Salad and tomatoes. Stir and cover to simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • Stir in noodles and shredded cheese. Cover to let the cheese melt. Serve from pan.
