Cauliflower Hummus Recipe - Plus a step by step guide to building the perfect Mediterranean inspired cheeseboard.

Hummus made without chickpeas. Made with white beans and sweet pickled cauliflower.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup canned Great Northern Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Paisley Farm Sweet Cauliflower
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for serving

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients, besides Olive oil, into a food processor.
  • Puree until blended and smooth.
  • Place in bowl, drizzle lightly with olive oil before serving.
  • Place uneaten hummus in the refrigerator tightly sealed, don't keep longer than 3 days.
