Pumpkin Spice Swirls - Left Over Pie Crust Cookies
A refrigerated pie crust becomes these pumpkin spice candied pinwheels in a snap. Cookies, with only four ingredients!

Ingredients

sheet refrigerator pie crust
1/4
cup
brown sugar
1
Tablespoon
Pumpkin Pie Spice
1
Tablespoon
very soft butter
melted works, too!
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover a cookie sheet in parchment paper.
Mix the butter, brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice together in a small bowl.
Roll a pie crust out, and cover with sugar mixture.
Roll from one side to the other tightly.
Slice into cookies.
Place on cookie sheet and bake for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
