Pumpkin Spice Swirls - Left Over Pie Crust Cookies

A refrigerated pie crust becomes these pumpkin spice candied pinwheels in a snap. Cookies, with only four ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet refrigerator pie crust
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 Tablespoon very soft butter melted works, too!

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover a cookie sheet in parchment paper.
  • Mix the butter, brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice together in a small bowl.
  • Roll a pie crust out, and cover with sugar mixture.
  • Roll from one side to the other tightly.
  • Slice into cookies.
  • Place on cookie sheet and bake for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
