This is without a doubt the best ever Apple Crisp I have ever eaten. Perfectly spiced apples covered in a buttery cinnamon oatmeal crunch topping. Serve it warm, finished off with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients
[i]Prepare the Apples:[/i]
2Tablespoonsflour
1/2cupsugar
1teaspooncinnamon
1/4teaspoonsalt
7-8cupsapplespeeled, cored and sliced (I prefer Granny Smith Apples) about 10.
[i]Prepare the Topping:[/i]
2cupsoatmeal
2cupsflour
1teaspooncinnamon
1/2teaspoonbaking soda
1/2teaspoonbaking powder
2cupsbrown sugar
1 1/3cupbuttercold and sliced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease or spray with non-stick spray a 9x13 baking dish.
In a bowl combine all topping ingredients and work with your fingertips until mixture is crumbly.
In another small bowl, mix together flour, sugar cinnamon and salt for apples, set aside.
Peel, core and slice your apples, coat with flour/sugar mixture.
