Ingredients
1package Farmland Smoked Sausage(can use turkey, pork, beef or Kielbasa) sliced
12slicesof Farmland Baconcut into thirds
Fresh or canned pineapplesliced and cut into bite sized pieces
brown sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a cookie sheet with a Silpat mat or foil.
Sliced sausage into bite sized pieces. Cut bacon into thirds. Slice and cut pineapple into bite sized pieces.
Wrap the outside of the sausage with bacon and press around the edges to secure. Place on the cookie sheet.
Sprinkle generously with brown sugar.
Secure a piece of pineapple to the top of each sausage bite with a toothpick. Give them a light sprinkling of brown sugar.
Bake for 30-40 minutes. Watch closely for bacon to be cooked.
