Ingredients

  • 4 cups prepared long grain rice
  • zest of one lime
  • juice of 1/2 of lime
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped

Instructions

  • Squeeze lime juice and sprinkle lime zest over prepared rice. Stir in cilantro. Serve warm.
