Sesame Cilantro Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoon + 1/2 cup Asian Toasted Sesame salad dressing divided
  • 1 pound uncooked shrimp peeled and deveined, tails removed
  • 1/4-1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 3 cups prepared rice
  • 1 lime cut into wedges for serving

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat 2 Tablespoons dressing over medium heat. Add shrimp and stir to cook for about a minute.
  • Stir in the remaining dressing, continue to cook, uncovered, until shrimp turn pink. About 1-2 minutes.
  • Dish rice onto each plate, or a shallow bowl, divide shrimp and sauce over each rice portion. Sprinkle with cilantro, serve with lime wedges.
