Ingredients
1poundlean ground beef
1/2cupminute ricedry
1egg
Salt & Pepper
114.5 ounce can diced tomatoes
1/2cupbeef broth
1can tomato paste
1large green pepper sliced
Instructions
Combine ground beef with rice, egg and salt and pepper. Form into meatballs.
Place in a skillet and brown on all sides over medium-high heat. When browned, add in tomatoes, broth, tomato paste and green peppers. Stir to blend, cover and reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer meatballs in sauce for 20 minutes.
