Broccoli Salad

Simple ingredients, big flavor! This broccoli salad is a perfect addition to a meal, or makes a perfect meal in itself!

Ingredients

  • 5 cups chopped broccoli florets and stems
  • 1/3 cup Craisins
  • 1/2 cup sweet onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup mayo I used fat free
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 Tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • For the dressing, whisk together: mayo, milk vinegar, sugar and salt.
  • In a bowl, toss together broccoil, Craisins, onion and sunflower seeds. Pour dressing over the top, and toss together again.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours before serving. I thought it was even better the next day!
