Caprese Tuna Salad

Everything we love about caprese; basil, mozzarella, balsamic and olive oil, make up this light tuna salad tucked perfectly into a ripe tomato.

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces Bumble Bee® Solid White Albacore in Water drained
  • 3 Tablespoons chunked Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh basil chopped
  • 2 large tomatoes hollowed out
  • 1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • drizzle of olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix tuna with cheese and basil, salt and pepper to taste, drizzle with vinegar and olive oil. Mix to combine. Stuff into hollowed out tomatoes.
