Ingredients
4chicken breastscooked and chopped
215 oz cans either Mexican Stewed Tomatoes OR Rotel
215 oz cans Black Beans
1cupsalsa
14 oz can green chilies
114.5 oz can tomato sauce
114.5 ounce can chicken stock
Tortilla chips or stripsshredded Mexican cheese and sour cream for serving
Instructions
Put everything (except sour cream and tortilla strips) in the crock pot, cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Top with tortilla strips, shredded Mexican cheese and sour cream when serving.
