Ingredients
3-4poundPork Tenderloin
1/2of a sweet onionsliced
2applescored and sliced
1/2cupapple juice
1/4cuphoney
2Tablespoonshoney mustard
1teaspooncinnamon
Instructions
Score the top of the tenderloin with a knife before placing in your crock pot. I scored mine diagonally both ways. This will let the flavors get in there!
Add the onions and apples to the crock pot.
Mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl with a whisk.
