Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground chicken breast
  • 1 egg slightly beaten
  • 1 cup pretzels crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 - 12 ounce bottle SAUCY MAMA Hot Wing Sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
  • Crumbled Bleu Cheese for topping
  • 6 hoagie rolls warmed in the oven to get a crusty exterior

Instructions

  • In a medium sized bowl, combine ground chicken breast, crushed pretzels, egg, salt and pepper with your hands until combined.
  • With a small cookie scoop form small meatballs.
  • Melt butter in skillet on medium heat. Add meatballs and brown evenly on all sides, (about 15 minutes.)
  • Cover with sauce and turn down to warm until ready to serve.
  • **You could also place them in a crock pot for this step and keep them warm until ready to serve**
  • Slice hoagie rolls open and add meatballs, top with bleu cheese and celery.
