1 pound ground turkey turkey mince 1/2 onion finely diced 2 Tablespoon olive oil 3 Tablespoon freshly chopped parsley 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/3 cup parmesan cheese grated 1/3 cup panko bread crumbs 1 egg lightly whisked
Place all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
Mix together until all ingredients are fully incorporated and well combined.
Scoop the mixture out and roll into balls, use about 2 tbsp mixture.
Place the meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket and air fry for 8 minutes then flip the
meatballs and air fry for another 4-6 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve with pasta sauce and spaghetti and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
