Air Fryer Turkey Meatballs are a quick and delicious meal you can get on the table in less than 30 minutes. These meatballs are juicy, hearty, and ready to be added to your favorite tomato sauce, noodles, or even eaten as a sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey turkey mince
  • 1/2 onion finely diced
  • 2 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 Tablespoon freshly chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 egg lightly whisked

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix together until all ingredients are fully incorporated and well combined.
  • Scoop the mixture out and roll into balls, use about 2 tbsp mixture.
  • Place the meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket and air fry for 8 minutes then flip the
  • meatballs and air fry for another 4-6 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Serve with pasta sauce and spaghetti and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
