Made in a blender using fresh eggs, pure maple syrup, heavy cream, seasonal spices, and a blend of bourbon and rum, this classic eggnog is bound to be your favorite holiday drink this season.

Ingredients

  • 4 pasteurized eggs
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup bourbon
  • 1/3 cup rum
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  • Add the eggs and the maple syrup to your blender and blend for 5 minutes.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and blend for another 20-30 seconds.
  • Pour into a glass jar or airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Stir before serving and garnish with cinnamon sticks.
