Ingredients

  • 2 cups imitation crab chopped
  • 2 8-ounce packages of cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • 4 green onions chopped + more for garnish if desired

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Beat softened cream cheese with a mixer until fluffy. 
  • Mix in sour cream, powdered sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and lemon juice until combined.
  • Fold in crab meat and green onion.
  • Spread into a baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly around the edges. 
  • Serve hot with wonton chips or crackers.
