Air Fryer Edamame Beans

Air fryer roasted edamame is a great healthy snack and can be served in lots of great ways. I love them with a sprinkling of sesame seeds or a sprinkling of coarse salt.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces fresh or frozen edamame beans
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • Salt
  • Optional for Serving: Sesame seeds and soy sauce

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the edamame beans, sesame oil and salt. Mix until coated.
  • Place edamame beans in the air fryer basket.
  • Air Fry at 380oF for 10 minutes or 14 minutes of frozen, making sure to shake the basket halfway through cooking.
  • Serve with sesame seeds and soy sauce.
