Five Bean Ham & Rice Salad

Cubed cooked ham meets cooked rice and Paisley Farm Five Bean Salad in this colorful side dish. Add in a little fresh dill, red bell pepper and banana pepper for some extra zing, and grab a fork!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups uncooked minute rice cooked to make 3 cups
  • 1 jar 24 ounce jar Paisley Farm Five Bean Salad, drained and rinsed with cold water
  • 1 pound cooked ham diced (about 2 cups)
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1/3 cup sweet red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 heaping Tablespoon hot pickled banana pepper
  • 2 teaspoons fresh dill

Instructions

  • Combine everything in a bowl.
  • Enjoy warm or cold.
