Peppermint Dipped Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 6 squares 12 ounces white almond bark, melted per package instructions
  • 2 drops peppermint extract optional
  • 12 chocolate chip cookies baked and cooled
  • 1/3 cup crushed peppermint candy canes more if you like more candies

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, deep enough to dip half of your cookie, melt almond bark according to microwave package instructions. Stir in peppermint extract, if desired.
  • Dip baked and cooled chocolate chip cookie halfway into the melted almond bark. Place on a baking rack.
  • Sprinkle crushed candy cane over melted almond bark.
  • Leave on the rack until set and no longer wet.
  • Store in an airtight container.
