Ingredients
116 ounce package Thick Spaghetti, cooked al dente
1/2-3/4poundsmoked salmonflaked
Salt and Pepper
1Tablespoonshallotschopped
1/2cupcream cheese
3Tablespoonscapers
1/2cuphot pasta water
Instructions
Cook pasta til al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water. Drain and place pasta back in pot.
Add in shallots, cream cheese (drop in by spoonfuls,) and pasta water. Stir until cream cheese is smooth and coats pasta. Toss in capers and flaked smoked salmon, combine and serve.
