Hot Bacon & Swiss Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of center cut bacon cooked crisp and chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 heaping Tablespoons of prepared stone ground mustard
  • 1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese shredded
  • 3 green onions sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • In a mixing bowl.mix cream cheese until smooth. Add in mayo and stone ground mustard, mix to combine. Stir in cooked bacon and Swiss cheese. Spread into a shallow baking dish.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes or until bubbly and edges are golden brown.
  • Serve with breads, crackers or carrots for dipping.
