Tater Tot Casserole

Tater Tot casserole is a classic, but not everyone makes it the same! Here is our version.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup shallots chopped
  • 1 3 ounce can mushrooms, drained
  • 2 cans 10.5 ounce cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans 14.5 ounce green beans, drained
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 32 ounce package frozen tater tots

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
  • Brown ground beef with shallots, drain any excess grease, set aside.
  • Place ground beef in the bottom of the pan, top with mushrooms, then green beans, then spread cream of mushroom over top. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with frozen tater tots.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, uncovered, cut and serve.
