Cinnamon Roll Waffles

I have seen these Cinnamon Roll Waffles on Pinterest for quite some time now.  It’s hard to tell where the idea originated from at this point.  So, if I am being redundant, I’m sorry.  But I am here to tell you that I have thought about making these for a couple of years now, and just never did it.  I don’t know why on earth I waited so long!

Think of this as me saving you from waiting that long.

Seriously people.  It’s pure insanity how good these are.

And SO EASY!!

Ingredients

  • Tube of refrigerator cinnamon rolls with icing packet included

Instructions

  • Every waffle iron will differ. So it's best to try one out for yourself. For instance, waffles take about 4 minutes in our waffle maker, these only took 2 minutes. Spray waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray, add cinnamon rolls to waffle iron (I used the regular size rolls, and we have a Belgian Waffle Maker - I made 4 at a time.
  • Take the frosting packet and squeeze into a microwave safe cup. Warm for about 30 seconds. Icing will thin out somewhat. You could add a little milk to thin it more if desired. Pour warm icing over warm waffles. Enjoy!

When you want to serve something extra special for breakfast, these cinnamon roll waffles will do nicely.  Two other favorites of mine are these Cherry Limeade Sweet Rolls and my hubby’s Resort Omelets!
